Delivery:
1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Pricing on this website is a guideline only. Kindly confirm price and availability with us before ordering.
3. Firearm and Ammunition sales are sold according to the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000. No firearms or ammunition will be handed over without proof of licence and valid documentation.
4. All prices exclude courier fees - these are quoted separately. Products are sent at the customer's own risk. Gunnery Arms & Ammo cannot be held liable for loss or damage.
Returns Policy:
1. We will refund or exchange most goods if returned within 6 days of purchase. The original invoice will need to be provided when requesting a refund or exchange. Goods returned after this 6-day period will attract a handling and restocking fee.
2. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Opened or used products will not be refunded or exchanged.
3. Returns are done at the expense of the customer, who will cover all courier fees involved. These fees will be deducted from the product purchase price if a refund is required.
4. For an exchange, the client is liable for the courier fee for both the return of the product and the resending of the new replacement item.
5. The products should be re-packaged in a suitable envelope or box and sealed properly for the return journey. Please remember to put a copy of your invoice in the box.
